In some cases, it is reasonable to have certain policies. A copyright policy allows me to let others know that my works are protected. A TOS, and warranty is good for business. A privacy policy is good for everyone. I do have two policies that would not be seen on most sites however.
The reason for these added policies is some people are either uncaring, or too stupid to know how to act appropriately. And since thier mom nor dad has not taught them better, I feel I must now set the ground on how to behave when dealing with me.
